Data Deletion Instructions
How users can request deletion of data associated with OrderMyAI, Meta, or WhatsApp integrations.

How to Request Deletion
- To request deletion of personal data associated with OrderMyAI, contact us through the website contact form and include your name, email address, phone number, restaurant name if relevant, and a clear description of the data you want deleted.
- If your request relates to a WhatsApp order placed with a restaurant, include the phone number used for the order and the restaurant name so we can identify the relevant records.
Meta App Data
- If you connected with OrderMyAI through a Meta product, you may also remove the app or business integration from your Meta account settings.
- After receiving a deletion request, we will review whether Safentra Limited controls the data or processes it for a restaurant customer. If a restaurant controls the data, we may need to forward or refer the request to that restaurant.
What We Delete
- Where legally and technically possible, we will delete or anonymise personal data that we control and that is no longer needed for service operation, legal compliance, dispute handling, security, or legitimate business records.
- Some data may remain in backups, audit logs, fraud-prevention records, financial records, or legal records for a limited period where retention is necessary or required.
Timing
- We aim to respond to deletion requests within a reasonable period and in line with applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
