Terms of Service

General terms for using the OrderMyAI website, software, and related services.

Agreement

• These Terms of Service apply to access and use of the OrderMyAI website, software, tablet application, WhatsApp ordering workflows, admin portal, and related services provided by Safentra Limited.
• By using the service or requesting access, you agree to these terms. If a separate written agreement applies, that written agreement controls where it conflicts with these general terms.

Business Use

• OrderMyAI is provided for restaurant and takeaway business use. You are responsible for ensuring that staff users are authorised and that menu, pricing, allergen, opening-hours, and order information supplied to customers is accurate.

Acceptable Use

• You must not misuse the service, interfere with its security, reverse engineer it except where legally permitted, submit unlawful content, send spam, or use the service in a way that violates Meta, WhatsApp, payment provider, or applicable platform rules.

Restaurant Responsibilities

• Restaurants remain responsible for fulfilling orders, setting accurate collection times, handling refunds or customer disputes, managing allergens and food safety obligations, and complying with applicable laws.
• OrderMyAI supports order operations but does not replace staff judgement or legal compliance obligations.

Meta and Third-Party Services

• Some features may depend on Meta, WhatsApp, hosting providers, analytics providers, payment providers, or printer/network services. These third-party services may have their own terms and availability limits.
• We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, account restrictions, or platform review outcomes outside our control.

Intellectual Property

• Safentra Limited and its licensors retain all rights in OrderMyAI software, designs, content, and technology. Restaurants retain ownership of their own business data, menus, and brand materials.

No Pricing Published

• Pricing is not published on this website. Any commercial terms, setup costs, subscriptions, trials, or support arrangements must be agreed separately in writing.

Availability and Changes

• We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features where needed for security, compliance, improvement, or operational reasons.

Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Safentra Limited is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, or business interruption arising from use of the service.
• Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Termination

• We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, if use creates risk, or if continued access would violate law or third-party platform requirements.

Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory local laws require otherwise.
